| What: Springfield Farm Roadside Stand Hearing

Why: In November 2006, David Smith, owner of Springfield Farm, applied for a Use Permit for a Farmer's Roadside Stand. Currently, he is operating out of his home. He would like to move the sales operation to a seperate building closer to the road. Some neighbors have objected and requested a hearing on the proposed structure, a bank barn which would be situated on the site where one stood until it was blown down in the 1950s.
